Well, accroding to what you're saying, and what I'm reading, he's an artist/manga/novel writer...No, it's not a dojinshi...It's a freeware game.
Nothing to do with the word "Dojnishi" as far as I know. Unless the guy is from japan then maybe...but right now...no..it's not.
Also, 3 more vids are up pertaining to IWBTG..
