As for me, I use Irish Gaelic words and the names of Irish folklore icons.
Aislingi - Means dream/vision. It is also a type of Irish poetry.
Solaisoir - A combination of "Solais" (Light) and "Tabharthóir" (Bestower/Bringer)
Gancanagh - An Irish fairy known for seducing women.
Phooka - Small Irish Fae known for taking the forms of animals.
Fomor - Irish divine creatures that predate the gods representing Chaos and primordial-ism.

If nobody else has taken it, I use "Berizzle" since it's kind of a nickname that started with a friend calling me that.
I mean, even my display name in Myspace is Berizzle, with more things to it.
If Berizzle is taken, I'd do something like "itsBerizzle" or "ayeBerizzle".

Mine came from a style used in a game: Not Gunz, but Lunia.
I became so fond and obsessed with this style, that I made characters named "KStyle" "KStyler" "KStyled"

Uhm... I think that came from that I found a name I liked in Koishi, but it was taken, and
then I think I found a name I liked in Kishiki. Not sure how it became Konishi.
For other names, I've used Sanctimonia, meaning purity in Latin, and Serene as in Serenity.
My nickname Mimi is just an short form for my name.

Arkdog - little religious, Ark has to do with noahs ark and the dog is of course something on noahs ark and its also God backwards so i chose that, but most people call me arky or ark T-T
