Are the epic quest the same thing as the episode quests? Because I've been doing those. Ok, doing quest especially the epic quests is the easiest way to level up. So, try out some quest I'll find you a guide for them later.
Next, for Window Mode, you have change it in options (press O). In the option from the third setting from the top is Window ...????.... Full Screen. And if you hate that Zoom in feature when you do a combo, just unchecked the second setting from the top.

You have to be at a certain level to do this Episode Quest. I believe the level is 14.

Umm can anyone help me, when I click game start, the loading bar says done, but nothing pops up, and it's not preventing a pop up either, any help will be appreciated.

Are you using Internet Explorer? and do you have ActiveX running or install?
