Can you avoid what happened to this guy using this method? To sum up what he said, he was able to connect to the game and play but he couldn't party, or pvp.

If that's Nexon's move, then they really thought over it & wanted to tease VPN/proxy users.

Not trying to make enemies or anything, but I play from the UK, with my own methods, and I personally think you shouldn't pass this on, I can play with no problems what so ever, and without going through insane methods.
But from my knowledge there's only so many available 'seats' if you would like for people to bypass a IP ban, and it would get out of hand if given out freely.
