Well it's to prevent bots. Bots are automated programs that play for you in those dungeons so you can use all your stamina in one day.
As the dungeons are constants (they're the same each time, just different start locations) a bot can play for you and get you SSS rank each time
or something akin to that. The image you show is a method to prevent bots as bots cannot read images unless it's bloody obvious to
register colour codes to detect the letters.
